HOW DO WE GET FREE SHIPPING?
If your team raises over the following amounts, we’ll cover the shipping costs so you get to keep more of your earnings!
Fundraising Total (Value of Caramunchies Sold)
Edmonton and surrounding area (Sherwood Park, Leduc, St Albert, Stony Plain, etc): $500+
Alberta: $1500+
Saskatchewan: $2000+
BC & Manitoba: $2500+
Ontario & Quebec: $3000+
Rest of Canada: $3500+

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
We wish we could cover every fundraisers’ shipping costs, but as you know, shipping is super expensive these days! We’ll still cover part of the shipping costs, so if your fundraising total is above $250 but below the free shipping thresholds the partial shipping costs is as follows:
Shipping Charge (% of Value of Caramunchies Sold)
Alberta, Saskatchewan, BC & Manitoba: 5%
Ontario & Quebec: 8%
Rest of Canada: 10%

**If your fundraising total is below $250 we can deduct the shipping cost from your earnings (around 10-15%)
SHIPPING TIMELINES
We’ll ship your order out within 7 days from your fundraising end date and we can decide on a ship out date together during your registration.
For Edmonton: We’ll be using a local courier company and you should be getting them the same day as the shipping day. Delivered Monday-Friday between 8:00am-3:00pm. May vary based on courier availability and weather.
For Alberta: You should receive your snackies 1-3 business days from the shipping date (subject to carriers expedited parcel schedules). We’ll send tracking information when your goodies are ready to ship out.
For Canada: You should receive your snackies 1-6 business days from the shipping date depending on location (subject to carriers expedited schedules). We’ll send tracking information when your goodies are ready to ship out.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We are unable to accept returns since we are a freshly made consumable product. Please let us know if you have any questions regarding storage (please treat them like chocolates since the caramel is heat and temperature sensitive!) or anything else you can think of that may impact quality!
